Congratulations go out to Calico (and her best friend Miranda) – both have been adopted as companions for a senior lady in Durham region. Best of all? Their new mom is good friends with their previous owner who naturally is now very happy that she will be able to follow their progress from her new home in British Columbia.

What an absolutely gorgeous cat is our Calico, fondly known as Callie.

A move to British Columbia by her present owner has made it necessary for this friendly, gentle girl to find a new home.

Eight years of age, spayed and up-to-date on her vaccinations, Callie has been living for many years with another feline (Miranda) and would not be adverse to having an animal companion in her new home.

A quiet household with lots of attention and treats would suit Callie just fine. A host of toys, several scratching posts and a large, comfortable chair would round out her list of requests at the “perfect” home.
