Update 15 November:

Sad news. Chester passed away yesterday. With us for over a year, Chester’s family became the Oasis team. He never failed to bring us joy and was dearly loved by all of our staff and volunteers.

Chester recently had begun to suffer from several ailments that required daily medication. Unfortunately, complications developed and he has been taken from us.

R.I.P. Chester. You will be deeply missed.

Chester was the special companion to the matriarch of a local family for many years. Unfortunately she has now passed away and, although Chester is dearly loved by her daughter, the decision has been made to find a completely new environment for this friendly and sociable boy.

Chester. A cat for adoption

At twelve years of age, Chester is neutered and up-to-date on his vaccinations. He has never been exposed to children or other animals and we believe that a quiet, relaxed household would suit him best. Chester can, at times, be timid, but with the right adoptive family we know he will thrive.
