Five Kittens Abandoned In Muskoka Seeking New Homes

UPDATE Dec 20 2014:

All the Muskoka kittens are now adopted.

Raven is now happily settled in a large home in Whitby with a family comprised of two adults and five children. She is the only pet in the household and will thus be the centre of attention.

Winnie, as well, found her forever home in December with a family in Oshawa who have changed her name to Minnie.

UPDATE 21 Sept, 2014:

Little Sarah, one of the Muskoka kittens, has been adopted by her foster parents. She will grow up in the same household as her sibling Lily.

Congratulations Sarah… Enjoy.

The search for permanent homes for Raven and Winnie continues.

UPDATE 17 Sept, 2014:

Ghost, one of the Muskoka kittens, has found his forever home in Scarborough. He will be sharing a residence with two adult cats and a couple who were thrilled to open their hearts and home to this little guy.

Lily, sister to Ghost, has been adopted by a Whitby couple and their sixteen year old daughter. This is the first feline they have owned and we suspect this kitten will be the beneficiary of lots of hugs, cuddles and affection.

Kittens Sarah, Raven and Winnie are still desperately searching for loving new homes. Contact Oasis at 289-385-6293, or scroll down for our online contact form to discover if one of these kittens would make the perfect addition to your household.

Original Text:

Sarah, Lily, Raven, Winnie and Ghost are VERY lucky 10 week old kittens. Found in a box by the side of the road in Muskoka, these little ones could well have met a very different fate.

Thankfully, two very caring, compassionate individuals opened their hearts and home, on an interim basis, to this tiny family of felines and ensured that they were seen by a vet who, after treating minor concerns, declared them 100% healthy. They have now all received their first set of age appropriate vaccinations and been de-wormed. Each kitten is a personality unto themselves. To demonstrate this please read the words written below by their foster parents.

Winnie loves to carry her ball around wherever she goes. She’s a fantastic soccer player who adores chasing the ball around with the other kittens. One of her favourite things to do is hide under the couch to attack the paws of her siblings as they walk by.

Sarah is a very playful kitten who loves people and other cats. You can hear her purr the moment you look at her from across the room. She is extremely affectionate and needs someone who will give her a lot of attention.

Raven is an explorer who is very curious, and she takes her siblings on big adventures. She is an affectionate kitten who loves to give kisses.

Lily is a shy kitten who loves to play with her siblings but is still warming up to people. She has adopted the adult cats in her current foster home and curls up to sleep with them in their cat beds.

Ghost is approximately 10 weeks old. He adores his sisters and plays with them non-stop. He chases the ball with Winnie, explores with Raven, and wrestles with each of them as often as possible. When finished, he loves to nap on his back so that his belly is there for you to rub. He could handle hours of belly rubbing and purr the whole time. This fluffy little guy is also known as “Grey Power.”

The only question we have to ask is which of these adorable kitties will be going home with you?
