Frodo And Goldie. Kitten Adopted, Mom Still Seeks Forever Home

UPDATE: 15 Dec 2015:

Frodo (now called Floyd) has been adopted by a Durham family who have another cat called Chloe who will, no doubt, learn to love this little guy as time goes by. Floyd is full of energy and extremely playful. Both are traits that will endear him to all members of his new household.

Congratulations to Floyd and his new family.

Original Post:

Frodo is an extremely lucky little guy. A compassionate, caring member of the community chose to rescue both he and his mom from under a porch when it became quite evident that his life was in danger (his siblings had already died).

Now mom Goldie and little Frodo are safely housed with a loving foster mom and looking for new, forever homes.Frodo is eight weeks of age and has been examined by the vet and given his first set of vaccinations.

Goldie, at just under two years of age, is in excellent health but could, in fact, be pregnant once again. She will thus stay in foster care until we know for sure. Frodo, on the other hand, has his suitcase packed and is ready to join his new family ASAP!!
