Ginger. Sociable Cat Finds A Great Home

Rescue Cat Ginger Available For Adoption

UPDATE:

It took a little while but……Drum Roll Please……Ginger has finally found her forever home. YAY!!!

When Ginger had been found homeless with five small kittens and brought to Oasis, we hoped that one day after she had raised the little ones, we’d be able to find her a home where she herself could be pampered, adored and become the centre of attention. Well, we did!!  Ginger has been adopted by a couple who just moved to Oshawa and have a spacious apartment with no children or other animals.

Naturally, we’re thrilled for her and our team at Oasis Animal Rescue would like to wish Ginger and her new family all the very best together for many years to come. Congratulations Ginger.

Original Story:

Ginger is everything that one could ask for in a cat. Loving, playful, sociable and oh, so pretty!! This little lady has had a tough three years but things are now looking up. Spotted by a local resident in their back yard with her five, three week old kittens, Oasis stepped “up to the plate” and placed her under our care.

Ginger. A cat for adoption.

This three year old feline had, apparently, given birth to several litters over the last few years and unfortunately none of the local residents of the area had chosen to offer her refuge or concern themselves with the welfare of her babies. In fact, from what we were told, it would appear that most perished.

Not so, however, for her latest batch of little ones. They were all adopted . Ginger, who now is spayed and up-to-date on her vaccinations, is hoping for the best available new home. A forever home where Ginger can be pampered and adored is what we are searching for.
