UPDATE 21 January, 2014:

Champ has found his forever home with a couple who live in Oshawa. Their previous canine companion passed away of old age and they had been looking for a new friend. It was love at first sight when they met this boy. Champ’s new owners have no other animals so he will benefit from all the “perks” of being the only pet in the household.

Champ is a 7 year old, male Puggle (a mixed breed originating in the 1980’s with one parent being a Beagle and the other a Pug).

He is up-to-date on all of his vaccinations and neutered.

Presently Champ is living with two children (9 months and 4 years of age), he is quite tolerant of the little ones but we feel he would thrive in an adult-only household or one with older teenagers.

This little guy is very friendly and would make a great companion, as well,  for a retired (or semi-retired) person who enjoys going for walks and simply “keeping company” with a canine friend.
