Update Jan. 17, 2013:

Topanga has now also been adopted. YAY!

Kitten Cory has found his forever home with a young couple who have a beautiful residence in Oshawa overlooking a ravine and a creek. He has a two year old female companion called Trixie to play with.

Congratulations Cory… now hopefully we’ll also find a home for your sibling Topanga and your mother Daisy Jane!

Mom Daisy Jane with Topanga.

Daisy Jane and her two kittens are indebted to the owner of a bake shop in Durham Region for the temporary, safe, secure and loving foster home in which they now reside.

Pregnant and living on the streets of Whitby, Daisy Jane started hanging around the customers and staff of one particular retail business and was scooped up from under its front steps within two days of giving birth and brought to Oasis.

Both kittens, Cory and Topanga, are thriving. Daisy Jane is a fabulous mother and now, at six weeks of age, her little ones are walking around and beginning to display individual personalities. Daisy Jane, herself, is a loving, sociable little lady of just under a year. All three will be ready for adoption at the end of October.
