Kenai. Cat Hoping To Find A Forever Family | Oasis Animal Rescue and Education Center

Kenai was rescued seven months ago by a local citizen who went out of her way to ensure that this three year old cat was well cared for after having obviously been on the streets for an extended period of time.

Little Kenai was spayed, brought up-to-date on her vaccinations and treated for any number of medical concerns that were easily resolved but had not previously been attended to. It was discovered at the time that Kenai was FIV positive (which should not be confused with Feline Aids). This is a condition that can still allow Kenai to survive well into her senior years quite happily.

We would recommend that Kenai be the only pet in her home for she is not particularly keen on dogs and would much prefer to be the sole focus of attention as the #1 feline in her new home.

Kenai is a loving, affectionate, social girl and we know her forever family will appreciate her loyal companionship for many years to come.
